Whether your crop is rain fed or irrigated by any method, a levelled field ensures the even infiltration of water and the prevention of any standing water after heavy rain.

Land levelling is a very expensive operation, as huge volumes of soil have to be moved. The key to successful land levelling is to minimise the volume of soil moved.

The old way, levelling with Road Graders, making dust, noise and 60% of the time is not actually moving dirt.

Our Solution
We accurately survey of the fields, which are then computer analysed to optimise the movement soil. The size of each plane, it's orientation and elevation determine the volumes to be moved, and this expertise comes with experience. The result is a cut and fill sheet for the operators and parameters for the surveyor to set up the laser, ensuring that the result will be a field that can be laid out to the clients requirement.

This information is then used to control the machines infield doing the levelling using Spectra Physics laser systems that automatically control the final field level, ensuring an accurate final surface.
